Moulding rubber since 1975
One rubber part.
It has to seal
every time
We mix our own compound, cut our own moulds and press every part under one roof in Bang Bon, Bangkok — so the formula and the finished part answer to the same people. O-rings, oil seals, gaskets and parts to your drawing.
The moulding line — Bang Bon plant
What we make
Four families of parts, one tool room
Most work is made to customer drawing. Standard items such as O-rings follow the AS 568 and JIS charts.

Automotive Parts
Seals and moulded parts for cars and motorcycles, built to customer drawing or to JIS / DIN standard.

Electrical Parts
Rubber components for appliances and electronics, selected for insulation and heat resistance.

Sanitary Parts
Genuine rubber parts for taps, valves, pumps and sanitary ware — supplied to brand names sold worldwide.

Industrial Rubber Parts
Custom moulded rubber for machinery and production lines, plus compound supply for in-house moulders.
Under one roof
Compound, mould and press all live in the same building
Most moulders buy compound in and send tooling out. When a part fails, the cause has to be chased across three companies. Here all three sit in one building — a formula change, a mould correction and a fresh trial can happen on the same day.
- 14 compounds mixed in-house — hardness tuned from 20 to 100 Shore A
- An on-site tool room — 22 machines including lathes, mills and a profile projector
- 34 presses from 100 to 300 ton — vacuum compression and injection
- Our own test laboratory — hardness, tensile and resilience checked every batch
Choosing a compound
The wrong compound swells, hardens, then leaks
Our comparison chart puts 14 compounds side by side across temperature range, oil, acid, alkali and solvent resistance — filtered down to the properties you actually care about.
NBR
NBRNitrile Rubber
O-rings, oil seals, gaskets for fuel and oil systems
EPR
EPDM / EPREthylene Propylene Rubber
Sanitary parts, hot-water systems, outdoor weather seals
FPM
FKM / FPMFluoroelastomer (Viton)
Seals to 300°C, aggressive fuel and chemical service
SI
VMQSilicone Rubber
Electrical and food-grade parts, −80 to 280°C service
Services
From raw polymer to an inspected part
01
Rubber Compounding
Every compound is mixed in-house. Hardness, oil resistance and service temperature are tuned to the application — and compound is sold to moulders who form their own parts.
02
Mould Design & Making
An in-house tool room with lathes, milling, grinding and a profile projector. Design changes and prototypes turn around without waiting on an outside subcontractor.
03
Compression & Injection Moulding
34 presses from 100 to 300 ton — vacuum compression for parts that need a flawless surface, injection for higher volumes.
04
Quality Control & Testing
An on-site laboratory checks hardness, tensile strength and resilience on every batch, under an ISO 9001 quality management system.
The factory
50,000 sq ft in Bang Bon, Bangkok
150 people, two shifts, six days a week. Delivery runs on JIT and KANBAN with a 10% safety stock for customers who cannot stop a line.
Erawan Rubber belongs to the Union Belt Industries Co., Ltd. group — a conveyor belt maker founded the same year — and works with Union Polymer Co., Ltd. on polymer supply.
