Almost everything here is made to a customer drawing. To quote, we need four things: the dimensions, the hardness, what the part will meet in service, and the batch size.

Standard sizes
O-rings to the AS 568 and JIS charts
Alongside custom work we make O-rings to the international size charts — AS 568 in inches and JIS in millimetres — and assemble mixed-size boxes for maintenance work.
Give us the inside diameter and cross-section, or simply quote a standard number such as P-22 or G-35 and we will check it.
